What does a support ticket mean?


Generally, you can contact some companies by email.  You send a message and you get a reply. It works well, but when there are too many customers,  support staff can be confusing.

 To provide the best support, we use support tickets, you describe the problem on our website and submit the form, so a ticket with a unique ID created. You will be notified by email each time you change your ticket status. For example, when our support staff responds.

Until your issue resolved, your ticket will remain open, and all conversation messages will be in one place.
