If you are using the website www.domainindia.com and can receive emails but cannot send them, it may be due to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking the use of any outgoing mail servers other than their own. ISPs often do this to prevent their internet connections from being exploited for sending spam emails.

To resolve this issue, DOMAIN INDIA has opened Port 26. Follow these steps to change your outgoing mail (SMTP) settings:

  1. Change the outgoing mail (SMTP) from the default Port 25 to Port 26.

If you are using Outlook, make sure to enable the "Outgoing SMTP Server Requires Authentication" option. This is a security requirement for our server. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open Outlook and go to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings."
  2. Select your email account and click on "Change."
  3. Click on the "More Settings" button.
  4. Navigate to the "Outgoing Server" tab.
  5. Check the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
  6. Ensure that the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" option is selected.
  7. Click "OK" to save your settings.

After making these changes, try sending an email again. If you are still unable to send emails, contact your ISP for further assistance or reach out to DOMAIN INDIA's support team for help.
